About the Book

1969, New Delhi... Childhood best friends and next-door neighbours, Veer and Rashika study and play together every day. They don’t spend a waking moment apart but are separated when their politician fathers start competing in rival camps. Years later, they land in the same college and rediscover their lost bond. About the Author

Shireen Kalra is a final-year undergraduate student at Ashoka University, India. She has also pursued semesters abroad at King’s College, London and the London School of Economics. She is a United Nations Millennium Fellow and was a delegate at the 30th edition of the Harvard Project for Asia and International Relations. Her debut novel, All Smiles Some Tears Little Fears, was published in 2020 and was widely appreciated.
