R S Sethi

R S Sethi is a 1973 batch IAS officer of the AGMU (Arunachal Pradesh, Goa, Mizoram and Union territories) cadre. He studied at Mayo College , Ajmer and St Stephens College, New Delhi . During his long service, he has held many important positions in Delhi and elsewhere. He served as Deputy Commissioner of Nicobar Islands and Development Commissioner of Port Blair. In Delhi , he worked as Secretary to Lt Governor and held the posts of Deputy Commissioner, District Magistrate, Administrator NDMC and Principal Secretary, amongst other postings. He served in Punjab during the terrorist-affected years of 1987–88. His other stints were in Goa and Arunachal Pradesh. He also served in the Union Home Ministry as Joint Secretary. He attended a one year course at the prestigious National Defence College , New Delhi .

An avid photographer and traveller, Mr Sethi has trekked and climbed extensively in Kashmir, Garhwal , Nepal , Bhutan and Arunachal Pradesh. He has authored books which include Emerald in the Deep Blue, Essential Gita, Upanishads and Koran as also the Theory of Karma. Also in the pipeline is an interesting and significant travelogue entitled All Over the Map.

Purnima Singh

Purnima Singh is a multi-faceted teacher with a special passion for writing on culture, politics and civilisational relation with the innate nature of Nature since her college days. She did her M Phil in Political Science from University of Delhi and PhD from CSJM, Kanpur University. Citing worldwide references and researches on contemporary politics, she has written extensively on Swadeshi movement and cultural nationalism.

Singh has been contributing to various journals and daily newspapers including the Hindustan Times. Singh's recent write-ups on the moral crisis in contemporary Indian politics, human rights and Islam, corruption and Right to Information have received rich academic responses. She is well known for putting forth her views equivocally on contemporary socio-political and cultural issues on her blog www.purnimasinghblog.blogspot.in. She has authored a much-appreciated book on Indian Cultural Nationalism in 2004.

B. Krishnamurthy (BKM) has over 35 years of corporate experience after his M.Tech (IISc). He holds certifications on project management (PMP) & portfolio management (PfMP) from PMI, USA and change management (CMP) from APMG, UK. BKM has worked in Indian Telephone Industries, Centre for Development of Telematics (CDOT) and Wipro Technologies. Having actively worked in telecom and IT, e-governance is the natural evolution to which he gravitated. He has been associated with National e-Governance Division (NeGD) and National Institute for Smart Government (NISG) as a subject matter expert on e-Governance for several years. Krishnamurthy has designed, developed content and delivered several programs for the senior officers of State and Central governments (Including IAS, IPS etc), especially Train the Trainer (TTT) Program and the e-Governance Leadership Program (CIO Program). He shares in his book some of the practical insights and techniques on conceiving, planning and monitoring e-Governance projects, bringing several practical dimensions associated with this evolving subject.
